Where is it?

The massage studio is in Murrumbeena in Melbourne’s inner south-east, not far from Chadstone Shopping Centre.

It’s a 5-minute walk from Murrumbeena Station on the Cranbourne/Pakenham line.

Plentiful free street parking is available right outside.

Please note: this is not the location for face-to-face counselling. Please see this page instead.

What if I need to cancel?

I understand if once in a while you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, but please try to give as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made with fewer than three hours’ notice may, at the Massage Therapist’s discretion, attract a penalty of 50% of the fee that would have been paid for the session.

Non-attendance without notice may, at the Massage Therapist’s discretion, attract a penalty fee of 75% of the fee that would have been paid for the session. Cancellation fees are payable within seven days and before any subsequent bookings.

It is your responsibility to notify me at the time of booking if you have an illness such as a cold, fever or flu. You may be advised not to attend, as massage can exacerbate the symptoms and leave you feeling worse. If you arrive for a massage obviously suffering from a cold or flu, I reserve the right not to treat you and may request 50% of the fee that would have been paid for the session.

Do you sell massage gift vouchers?

I sure do. You can purchase them on the booking page here. You can also purchase packages of three 60- or 90-minute massages at a discounted rate.

Please note: Gift certificates are valid for three years from the purchase date. Massage packages are to be used by a single recipient only and are valid for six months from the purchase date. Recipients will receive a unique code to use when booking their massages. Private health fund claims cannot be made on massages purchased with a gift certificate or as a package. Concession rates do not apply to massages purchased with a gift certificate or as a package.

What are your qualifications?

I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Evolve College in Melbourne. I am also a registered member of the Association of Massage Therapists which means, among other things, that I undertake regular professional development and maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
